Park&Paddock

Terms of service

Last updated: 23 July 2026

Draft. This document is a working version pending legal review and confirmation of the operating entity. It is not yet a binding agreement.

These terms

These terms govern access to the Park & Paddock platform. They will be finalised alongside the operating entity and a separate operator licence agreement before the first paid tenant goes live.

The service

Park & Paddock provides booking software that operators use to run their own venue-hire sites: slot booking, access codes, standing reservations, and payments. We provide the platform; each operator sets their own venue rules, pricing, and policies.

Accounts

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the details on your account.
  • Keep your login secure and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use.
  • You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

Bookings and payments

Bookings are made with the operator whose site you use, and payment is taken at the time of booking. Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms are set by that operator and shown during checkout.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or disrupt other users.
  • Do not use it for unlawful activity or to infringe others' rights.
  • Follow the venue rules published by the operator you book with.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Detailed liability terms will be set out in the final version.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and the service over time. Where changes are material we will give reasonable notice. Accounts that breach these terms may be suspended.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
